Shipping policy

Please allow 10-14 days for processing and delivery of your items.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Friday, from 9am to 4 pm CST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm CST will be processed the next business day.
For large quantity purchases, please add 1-3 business days to receive your items. Note: Item(s) may also be bulk packed.

United States Postal Service (USPS) is the mail service used by The I AM . . . JUST HUMAN Store. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS.
The I AM . . . JUST HUMAN Store is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include, but is not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays and equipment failures.
The I AM . . . JUST HUMAN Store is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to incomplete address information or wrong address information provided by the customer.
All packages are insured when they leave The I AM . . . JUST HUMAN Store. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. The I AM . . . JUST HUMAN Store is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.

We ship per USPS published rates and we reserve the right to adjust the shipping charge if the actual rate comes back higher than originally calculated due to the weight of the package.
